I believe in God’s design for humans to connect, to mourn with those who mourn and rejoice with those who rejoice.

My Passion

I love my work as a therapist because it allows me to hold space for people as they walk through all kinds of human experiences, and support them in shaping their lives and future.

I firmly believe in God's design for humans to connect, as well as his command to mourn with those who mourn and rejoice with those who rejoice. With that command placed into a therapeutic framework, I have witnessed the healing and transformative power that can bring - both in my own life, and those that I support.

Outside of work, I love cooking and baking for loved ones, reading, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops in San Diego. Anything adventurous and spontaneous fills me with joy for life!

My Approach

Described as ‘kind and bold’, my therapeutic approach is informed by modalities such as ACT and CBT that emphasize psychological flexibility and identifying the patterns that shape us.

I also use attachment work and family systems to explore the way an individual relates to the people in their environment. We are all made to connect and it’s important to understand the potential that these relationships hold in our lives.

Over the years, my work within individual and family therapy has allowed me to serve a wide range of communities, including those experiencing domestic violence, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma, and youth-related disorders.
