I believe if we don’t have hope to change, change has no hope. Gratitude and hope provide the framework for transformation.

My Passion

I’ve always been interested in psychology, but therapy took on a new meaning for me - and became a career - after I went through my own healing journey. Now I love helping others experience their own transformation.

Outside of Integrity Counseling Group, I’m an assistant professor at San Diego Mesa College, where I teach personal growth classes and provide career, academic, and personal counseling.

My Approach

I have several different approaches to draw from, depending on what will best equip you in your personal journey.

With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, you’ll rewrite negative beliefs about yourself - even beliefs you didn’t know you had - so that you can view the world and your place in it with compassion, gratitude, and balance.

I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples, individuals, and families.
