“healing begins in safe, sacred spaces”
My Passion
I believe that healing begins in safe, sacred spaces—where we’re seen, heard, and gently invited back into connection with ourselves, others, and God. I know firsthand how brave it is to seek support in seasons of pain, confusion, or disconnection. As someone who’s walked the path of trauma recovery, I consider it a sacred honor to sit with others in their stories and walk alongside them as they find resilience, clarity, and hope.
With a background of over 15 years in wellness and performance coaching, I’ve supported women navigating disordered eating, burnout, and identity struggles. My journey through trauma and healing called me deeper into the world of therapy, and I now walk with clients through the sacred process of restoration and growth.
In my free time, I love spending quiet mornings journaling or reading with coffee in hand, being outside in nature, and cherishing unhurried time with family and friends. I’m also engaged in my local church community and enjoy helping others integrate their faith with emotional healing.
My Approach
I bring an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. My work blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and solution-focused strategies while centering soul care and each client’s unique story.
I approach therapy relationally—with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect. I work primarily with women navigating trauma, identity work, grief, life transitions, anxiety, betrayal trauma, narcissistic and emotional abuse, and performance pressure. I have a heart for clients exploring their faith and desiring to weave spiritual integration into their healing journey.
