“I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to explore their story with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.”
My Passion
I’m passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate seasons of transition and identity discovery. Whether it’s starting college, navigating relationships, questioning beliefs, or figuring out who you want to become, these seasons can feel both exciting and overwhelming.
I was born and raised in San Diego but spent six formative years in my twenties living in the Southern United States. Over the past decade, I’ve lived in six different cities, giving me firsthand experience with stepping into unfamiliar environments, rebuilding community, and rediscovering identity during times of change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in ministry, where I developed a deep passion for walking alongside young adults as they wrestled with identity, faith formation, life direction, and healing from difficult spiritual experiences. That background continues to shape the work I do today.
I also have a strong passion for working with men—particularly those navigating sexual addiction, pornography addiction, and the shame and isolation that often accompany these struggles. I’m committed to helping men move toward honesty, healing, and lasting freedom.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences honestly and without judgment.
Together, we work to understand the patterns, emotions, and relationships shaping your life. I draw from attachment-based and insight-oriented approaches to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.
In my work with men facing sexual and pornography addiction, I integrate structured recovery principles with deeper therapeutic work to address underlying wounds, build accountability, and support sustainable change.
For clients who desire it, I also welcome conversations around spirituality, faith transitions, and healing from spiritual trauma. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward clarity, wholeness, and confidence in who you are becoming.
